Q1: What is Flame Haven Candle Bar and what’s included in a booking?
Flame Haven Candle Bar is a luxury, hands-on candle-making experience where guests can create their own signature scent candle. Each booking includes a guided 45-minute candle-pouring session, access to our fragrance blending bar, all necessary materials, and one custom candle to take home.

We are located in Humble, Texas, next to the Humble Post Office on 1st Street.

Q3: Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes. Snacks or light bites and drinks are welcome, especially for private parties. You’re also welcome to bring simple, table-friendly décor if desired.
Q4: Do I need a reservation?
Yes. Reservations are required. To schedule your experience, please visit "Book your experience to reserve your session in advance.
Q5: Can I take my candle home the same day?
Yes. You’re welcome to hang out while your candle cures, or return later the same day to pick it up.
Q6: Is there an age requirement?
We recommend the experience for guests ages 8 and up. Guests 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult for supervision.
Q7: How many guests can you accommodate?
We can comfortably accommodate up to 32 guests seated in our space.
Q8: What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
All reservations are non-refundable. We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our setup, the following policies apply:

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment may not be accommodated due to scheduling and preparation needs.

Cancellations made within 18 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved booking fee.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be able to be accommodated, and the same cancellation fee will apply.
We’ll always do our best to work with you, but availability is limited and not guaranteed for last-minute changes.
Q9: Do you allow photography or video?
Absolutely! We encourage photography and video during your experience. Feel free to tag us on social media @flamehaven__.
Please note: Flame Haven may also take photos or videos during your session for marketing purposes, including social media and promotional content.
Q10: Do I need to agree to any liability terms when booking?
Yes. By booking and participating in any class, event, or experience at Flame Haven Candle Bar, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation involves certain risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, minor burns, illness, or injury. By attending, you voluntarily accept all associated risks.

Release of Liability:You agree to release, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Flame Haven Candle Bar, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims that may arise. This includes — but is not limited to — claims related to participation, injuries, or the use of Flame Haven equipment and materials.
By completing your reservation, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms. No signature is required.
