Service Description
Host your next celebration at Flame Haven Candle Bar with a private candle-making experience designed for birthdays, bridal showers, corporate gatherings, team bonding, and special occasions. Private events include exclusive access to our studio and a guided candle-pouring experience for your group. Guests will create their own custom candle by selecting up to three fragrances and blending a personalized scent. No experience is needed — our team will guide your group every step of the way. A minimum of 20 participants is required to book a private event. Pricing is based on the total number of guests. If your group has fewer than 20 participants, we recommend booking seats in one of our regular candle-making experiences instead. Guests are welcome to bring light bites, beverages of their choice, and simple décor to personalize the celebration. Please include setup and cleanup time when selecting your requested time window. Once your inquiry is submitted, our team will contact you to confirm availability, finalize details, and provide a custom booking link.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation/Reschedule Policy It’s essential to prioritize both appointments and our clients’ well-being. Here’s a recap of your policy: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or reschedules made within less than 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved time fee. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, accommodating them may not be possible, and the same cancellation fee will apply. Credit Card Requirement: To secure appointments, we require a credit card on file. Cancellation fees will be charged to this card. Our commitment to maintaining a smooth schedule and respecting clients’ time is impeccable. 30 Day Holding Time: After your candle has completed the curing process, it will be carefully positioned on the studio racks. We take care and store all cured candles for a minimum of 30 days. Any pieces remaining on the shelves beyond this period will be disposed of. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in Flame Haven courses and membership programs, you acknowledge and accept the associated risks. Here’s a summary of the key points: Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation, including injury, disability, and even death. This includes any illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense that may arise. Release and Hold Harmless: You release, covenant not to sue, and hold harmless Flame Haven, its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims. This covers all types of claims related to the use of Flame Haven equipment. COVID-19 Considerations: The release applies even if a COVID-19 infection occurs before or during your participation. Your safety and well-being are our priority. Photograph and Video: Thank you for granting permission! By doing so, you’re enabling Flame Haven to share those captivating moments with a wider audience. It’s wonderful to see your support for their promotional efforts Candle Curing Time: After the candle-making process, it’s essential to allow the candles to cool for approximately 60 minutes before they are ready to be taken home. During this time, you can explore the surrounding area, grab a bite to eat, enjoy a refreshing drink, or take a leisurely stroll for some shopping. It’s a perfect opportunity to make the most of your time while your candles cool down. We also have cards and games for your enjoyment.
